MISSION
I Choose Life Ministries (ICL Ministries) was founded in March 2021 by Sean & Charity Morgan to provide mentoring based on Christian principles for underserved students located in Philadelphia & Delaware County, PA. ICL Ministries helps young men and women to explore and understand their purpose in life and equip them with knowledge, skills and resources to pursue their aspirations.
